The PEO is the employer of record. As such, Exceptional Resource Services, becomes responsible for the client’s workers’ compensation administration; including:
- Annual Workers’ Compensation audit
- Expert claims management and loss control
- Safety training/OSHA awareness
- Development of safety procedures/manual(s)
- Return to work program
